Job Description

 

Front of House is seeking an organized and passionate Lead Account Manager with a minimum of two years of hospitality-related digital agency experience to help oversee and manage our portfolio of clients.

The individual will work in tandem with our Director team to oversee anchor clients and lead our Account Coordinators and Managers. This role involves structure flexibility, task timeline buildout, leadership skills and creativity. The ideal candidate has experience managing a team, driving projects forward, and has strong client communication and relationship building skills. 

 
 

Roles + Responsibilities

 
  • Serve as a lead client contact, focusing on strategy development, planning, day-to-day account management oversight, and execution

  • Maintain and consistently develop relationships with existing clients

  • Main point of contact for Agency anchor accounts, acting as gatekeeper between Client and Account Manager and Coordinator

  • Responsible for overseeing all account activity on a daily basis and ensuring client needs are met and exceeded

  • Oversee content calendars across clients and identify relevant opportunities

  • Manage deadlines, prioritize the team’s workload as needed while keeping an eye on quality

  • Work directly with FOH social media and marketing departments to develop integrated plans

  • Mentor any junior staff in providing constructive guidance in terms of effective management techniques

  • Prefers pancakes to waffles or is willing to defend their incorrect opinion

 
 

Desired Skills + Experience

 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related agency experience with demonstrated success in hospitality digital marketing, team and client management, and social media marketing

  • A genuine love of all the hospitality and marketing space

  • Unparallelled verbal and non-verbal communication skills

  • The ability to think and act strategically and entrepreneurially

  • Outstanding follow through and proven attention to detail

  • A sense of ownership & excitements in Agency ongoings

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people
